eBay Fashion

eBay has always been a source for fashion for most bloggers such as myself and other young women across the globe. While on eBay one should be extra careful about purchasing products because trust is not something you should have with everyone. I have always followed this blog and vintage store Noir Ohio Vintage. Below I have some photos of some garments I am currently bidding on (:

Transparent Thigh High Rain Boots?

Hot or Not?

I think they are HOT. Only certain females should wear these though. For example, a female with long slim legs could rock these transparent boots.

Sephora Taps A Brooklyn Art Star For Its Latest Palette

As part of Sephora’s vast array of holiday offerings on shelves now, the beauty emporium has debuted something a little out of the ordinary. Amid the more predictable jam-packed kits, limited-edition sets, and conveniently sized lip glosses (the better to stuff stockings with, of course) is its Colorful Artist Palette ‘Til Dawn edition. A first for the brand, the black compact packs 18 of the store’s best-selling shimmering Mono Eyeshadow shades into one slim case that features original art work from Brooklyn-based artist Keren Richter. Richter, a close friend of Beauty Counter’s, is best known for what she describes as drawings of whimsical girls created with “colors and patterns and compositions tied all together.” Her work has already adorned the pages of Nylon Magazine and Refinery29.com, a few pairs of Vans, iPhone and Blackberry covers for Casemate, and a slew of T-shirts, but with beauty products, she may have found her niche. Here, the Columbia-by-way-of-Parsons grad talks about trying her hand at a new medium, house-party makeup thieves, and her plans to “create a world” with her art.

HTDOGWTR Breast Cancer Tee's

This clothing line based out of Charlotte, NC "HTDOGWTR" has definitely come across my attention as an up and coming urban clothing line that I could see many people wearing. Mostly marketed to my generation, these t-shirt designs are compatible with those of "Married to the Mob" and "Hellz Bellz". The designer, Jeffery Lee, has put out a Breast Cancer awareness tee for men & woman. This shirt only cost $20 and all proceeds will be given to Breast Cancer awareness which is awesome!

Below I have the link that will direct you to the shirts:

Guiseppe Zanotti - x3

So I was walking down Lincoln rd. on South Beach and I just so happened to come across these crazy looking leopard print wedges. I immediately had to go in the store and see what these shoes were about! I went into this vintage store, I forgot the name, and asked about the shoes. They were Guiseppe Zanotti's and they were MY SIZE and the only ones left! I have a big foot so this was a big decision to make..."should I pay $500 for these?" They were originally $1000 before being put in the store. I left the store and thought very long & hard...came back the next day annnnndddd....

BIM BAM, got em! (:

Dress Up?

VINTAGE!!! lol. I got this mens blazer from a vintage shop in downtown Miami. The top is actually a scoop back dress from American Apparel and the pin stripe shorts are vintage as well. I also added a clip bow on top of my head from AA too. It just looks so cute together.

I got this top from marshalls actually and I loved it. It has lace on the back and on the shoulders to get it a sexy look aside from the sweater appeal. The brown belt is from Zara. Levi cut up shorts from Urban Outfitters and GUESS by Marc Fisher Swedish inspired booties (:

Always remember to smile..

Pink Pony Walk

Ralph Lauren with his fellow walkers.

NEW YORK — “Keep up with Ralph Lauren,” a senior Polo Ralph Lauren staffer announced. “He will lead the walk.”
That was the mantra early Wednesday morning, when Lauren assembled a few hundred members of his staff at Manhattan’s Grand Army Plaza to kick off the company’s annual Pink Pony Walk, snaking through Central Park for nearly two miles.
Lauren just marked the 10th anniversary of the charitable program, which he launched to raise cancer awareness and support programs for cancer screening, early diagnosis, treatment, research and patient navigation. That morning, the designer recalled his impetus for his campaign to fight cancer. In the late Eighties, then-Washington Post fashion editor Nina Hyde approached Lauren after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Vowing to help, he has since worked on multiple initiatives to raise awareness and funds to combat cancer, and that spirit has permeated the culture of the company. On Wednesday, his staff, including Buffy Birrittella, Wayne Meichner, Charles Fagan and Bette-Ann Gwathmey, turned out in force. They were all dressed for the walk head-to-toe in black, accentuated only by the Pink Pony motif on the special black T-shirts Lauren created for the walk. Employees outside of New York were walking too. “In Geneva, Hong Kong, Japan and London, our colleagues will walk in the days to come,” Lauren said.
As part of the milestone, Polo teamed with Charitybuzz.com for an online Pink Pony auction featuring such lots as a three-night stay at the Round Hill Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica; a Paris weekend with dinner at the Ralph’s restaurant; tickets to a Miami Heat game and the chance to meet LeBron James; a CNN Studio tour with Anderson Cooper, and a chance to play polo in Palm Beach with Nacho Figueras. Net proceeds of the auction, which ends Oct. 21, will benefit the Pink Pony Fund. “The goal is $1 million,” said David Lauren, senior vice president of advertising, marketing and corporate communications.

Hermes RTW Spring 2011

I completely fell in love with the equatrian look Hermes put out for Spring 2011. The fine leather boots to the leather harnesses were just IT for me. A recurring trend that I have seen a lot has come into this collection with tying ones belt in the front.
