Spotlight: Tiffany Tattooz

 

 

 

Tiffany Perez  (TIFFANY TATTOOZ), not your typical 24 year old woman. Born and raised in Paterson, NJ, Tiffany took a swift liking to the arts at the tender age of just 2, when she first picked up a crayon and started drawing. Fast forward 16 years and Tiffany was admitted to Montclair State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and was involved in various activities such as being part of a Hip-Hop Dance Troupe, as well as gaining membership to Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Incorporated.

It wasn’t till her 21st birthday that Tiffany was introduced to tattooing, her father had purchased for her a tattoo machine as a gift. Starting out, Tiffany was unfamiliar with the proper techniques and correct set up for real life tattooing. That hardly stopped her though as she began to apprentice at Rider’s Ink Tattoo Parlor a year later, a well-known tattoo shop in Newark, NJ, to learn the ropes and gain professional training.

Tiffany is now working as one of the youngest, most talented and reputable female tattoo artist in New Jersey. She has tattooed celebrities such as R&B singer Omarion, NFL player James Ihedigbo, Nick Brown from MTV’s The Real World and many more! You won’t find many like her. A young, ambitious, hardworking college grad, looking to leave a mark in this world, with her undeniable passion for art.
